By far the best branch I have worked with. We have been using this location for our business account for almost 4 years now. Not only are they reliable but the customer service is phenomenal. Charles and Mike are always great help!
Very poor customer service. I came in earlier to discuss a fraudulent payment on my account. The whole time a fan was blasting in my face, and made it nearly impossible to hear the man talking to me. (Who was foreign and barely able to speak English to begin with). Without even looking at my account or doing anything productive, the manager of the branch yelled at me and told me to leave or else he would call the cops. Never did I raise my voice or act rude. I just wanted to have my situation handled. After leaving the Edgewater Maryland Location, I went to the Arnold location, and my problem was handled within 10 minutes. The staff of the Edgewater location is poorly trained, rude, and impossible to deal with. I suggest driving the extra 10 minutes to the Arnold location.

Yes ,The gentlemen that work there have an accent,But so do many, With each time i have called or visited i have had nothing but positive feedback and wish to Congratulate TD Bank on exceptional employees & Service.I also have been with this bank since its inception in New England and for anyone to put their money elsewhere is a mistake. PS: We travel over an hour to do business with them and online,that must tell you something.
