Absolutely disgusting. I ordered three happy meals, two 4 piece and a 6 piece. Two of the orders were perfect, one of the four pieces however HAD AN OPEN SAUCE IN THE NUGGET CONTAINER AND HALF EATEN NUGGETS IN IT!! Absolutely DISGUSTING!! I called and spoke with the manager on duty, Dainelle, and she was about as helpful as a wart. This is 100% unacceptable. I'm appalled at this. They refused to give me any information to escalate my awful experience, and they refused to give me the regional managers name and/or his corporate 1-800 voicemail to express my discontent. They did offer to replace the food though, which wasn't the point, the point was THEY SERVED ME HALF EATEN NUGGETS (2 outta 4) AND AN OPEN SAUCE CONTAINER IN THE DARN HAPPY MEAL. I'd starve before I EVER ate at McDonalds again, this is PUTRID.
every time I go the same dude gives me one of every sauce with my nuggets except for the sauce I ask for. I always specify honey mustard when ordering but never get it in the bag. last time I got 1 BBQ, 1 sweet n sour, 1 ranch, and 1 hot mustard but I only asked for honey mustard. aside from that he usually makes fresh fries when I come through at like 3 AM so props for that
This is the dirtiest McDonald's in the world. Have seen flies in the food a employee drinks beer in the bathroom a nobody washed their hands. Health department needs to shut it down.
Food was fresh and tasty. The woman at the register couldn't careless about her job.
Ordered at the kiosk, opted to pay cash and waited to be rang up and start our food's progress. There were only 2 people working, the cashier ignored us until we left. The kiosks are pointless (probably even losing more sales!) when a store is under-staffed or staffed with people who don't care about customer service.
