Great! But sadly, the team didn't do the basics. None of the door jams were cleaned, the floor mats weren't cleaned, and one hadn't even been vacuumed. These two things were halfway corrected, badly. The worst part were the windows, while having been cleaned, for the most part, were not rolled down a little to actually clean the top part of the windows. The mats weren't removed to actually vacuum underneath them. The "thorough" clean was anything but that. Tires weren't cleaned, nor shined. I needed to jet so just couldn't take the time to actually get this all corrected.
Headed over to Autobell car wash on. West Street that is open when it says it is open and they did a great job.
The people are awesome, but whomever is responsible for ensuring a job well done either needs help or a refresher.
The kicker? They told me it would take a little longer so the car could be QA'd. Irony.
Great place for a quick wash. I wouldn't choose this location for a full detail. The only wipe dry the areas of the vehicle above their waists. I had to find a parking lot down the road to dry off my vehicle.
Frustrating that hours posted online are not kept. Pulled up at 4:55 today (Sunday) and the place was completely vacated despite signs on the property even saying they were open until 5pm. I am also a monthly wash member.
I got what I thought was the "premium", as the young lady told me it includes everything that I could get.
The backseats of my car were not vacuumed out. I realize I own a dog and there is fur, but it was untouched. I would think for purchasing the premium wash they would at least attempt to clean it. Wont be going back.
Been using this car wash location for over a year. It is fast, super convenient and the membership plan has been a great value when I make my weekly trips. The wash has been good but I've been most impressed with the interior cleaning, and upholstery service. There have been things the kids had in the seats that I did not expect to come out.
