I've been going here a little over a year and ill say they have one of the friendliest staffs I've ever encountered. Dr. Cutting and Co. are easy to talk to and work with. Everything done is explained before they do it and they actually tell you your options instead of insisting on procedures. I've also never had a problem getting an appointment within a reasonable amount of time.
I have not been to the dentist in almost 10 years (I know!!) so going back for the first time was scary. I knew I needed work done so I thought I would try out Dr.Cutting and let me tell you I am SO HAPPY with my service. First of all the office is so clean and beautiful. Secondly Dr.Cutting is so kind!! I talk a lot when I am nervous and he just kindly answered my questions and we laughed and joked around. Even finding out that we had family who lived in the same area. I got 2 fillings done and didn't feel a thing! I waited for less than 10 minutes to go back and my total time for my procedure was around 20 minutes. I highly HIGHLY recommend going to Dr.Cutting if you are looking for a reliable, kind trusting dentist.
Dr. Cutting and the staff at Edgewater Dental Arts are all top-notch professionals. I've been a patient here since my parents starting taking me when I was 6 years old...and I'm 42 now! I have really enjoyed experiencing the growth and pleasant changes over the years. But something that has never changed is the way Robin is always so warm and welcoming (and gentle with the cleaning!). And I also appreciate the little things that make EDA the perfect place for me...from the soothing music to the meticulously clean office to the beautiful décor. Thank you, Dr. Cutting, for a truly wonderful dental experience every visit. Highly recommended.
As someone who is terrified of going to the dentist, I have found Edgewater Dental Arts to be the best practice for me. The quality of care is top notch and Dr. Cutting is very patient, kind and considerate - as is his entire staff. I now take way better care of my teeth than I ever did before because going to the dentist is not as scary anymore. I highly recommend this practice.
While visiting my daughter I broke a tooth. I got an appointment right away. The Doc took his time, explained options thoroughly and did a professional job on my crown. Cost me a bundle though! I would go back again.
