Another script I dropped off a few days ago. Rather than the pharmacist, who took my paper script, looking at it while I was there, he left me a message hours later notifying me that the script was expired. So when I call to ask why the tech has no idea, doesn't know how long they are good for, either.

My insurance just cut cvs and enrolled this hell hole!
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever fought with! Told me I needed "prior auth" for a new script of a med I've been on for nearly 10 years, that I've never needed prior auth for! Called my insurance company and found out they had NOT even submitted it! When I made them "re"submit it it MAGICALLY went thru! Without prior auth needed!
I despise this pharmacy and I haven't even filled one medication here yet!
