Absolutely the rudest person I have ever dealt with involving renting a trailer. The lady answering the phone did not understand her product line, was trying to talk to me on the phone while waiting on a customer and wasn't saavy enough to put either me or her other customer on hold. She told me a one way rental to Florida from Annapolis was $24.95 a day and got angry with me when I told her that was likely impossible since it was a 1000 mile trip. She said she would take down notes and give them to her boss to answer later in the day but then abruptly said "I don't need your bad attitude or rental" and hung up.
Absolutely the last place you would want to rent from in the Annapolis area!
