Do not get service from this company!! I called and told them my pump wasn't running and I needed the pump repaired while I was out of town. Guy comes out charges me an hour and a half to tell me I need a new pump. When I got home from my trip I fixed it with a 20$ capacitor. When they called to schedule the pump replacement (which I never asked for) I was told they don't work on pumps.
Bought a Yoder YS640 smoker here 2 weeks ago. Tremendous buying experience. Got a good deal on it and they answered all my questions. Great selection of spas, grills, smokers and BBQ supplies. Highly recommend.

My purchase was a great experience! I highly recommend the Hot Springs spa. We have had our spa for five years and still enjoy the quality!
