These people were so nice. I had a flat tire right around 730 pm and by the time I got there around 815 they had just turned off the open sign! The manager came out to ask if everything was okay and when I told him what had happened he opened the store back up and got it fixed in less than 20 minutes! They have a customer for life!
The best of the chains with fewer surprises. Their group works to deliver what they promised.

DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO ANY MR TIRE OR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY COMPANY BUT NOT MY FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MR TIRE I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE AND IM PAYING IN THE THOUSANDS FOR IT!

Great experience. Had a terrible day involving a flat tire. I showed up right before closing, the guys took great care of me. Explained everything, even told me their backgrounds. Work was done fast, and right.
