EVERY time I take my vehicle to them, they exceed my every expectation. They are trustworthy, reliable, and I could not be more impressed with the level of service they provide. And their new service manager, Kenny, is an awesome addition to the shop.

I recently had my pick up truck in for some minor maintenance that was recommended. This included replacing the fluids in my diffs, transfer case, and transmission. Although I knew to perform this as a precautionary I had not expected my truck to shift like butter once I received it back. It was so smooth and quiet I felt like I had a new truck all over again. I though some minor noise and the occasionally clunky shift was just a characteristic of the truck. I am very pleased with the service and the work that was performed. It was also explained that because of my mileage I qualify for coverage on the components serviced. I dont know of any other shops that offer this! Ill definitely be back! Thanks again!!
Nealey Auto Service has been fantastic to work with since I first brought my vehicle to them. I was new to the area and had called around to get some work done and it was their customer service from the start that got my attention. They are always forthcoming with information regarding my vehicle and never pushy. They do quality work at fair prices, but it was their customer service that brought me in and will continue to bring me back if/when my vehicle is in need of attention. Thank you.
Nealey's has Amazing customer service and did a fantastic job on my car. I had to get the safety inspection done on my car and even though it required a good amount of work, Kenny walked me through everything that I needed and why along with the pricing. I felt comfortable with knowing that I was able to ask a million questions and Kenny patiently answered everything. I never felt rushed or that I was just another number. It's a relief to know there are still businesses who really aim to be great and treat their customers right.
