Service is hit or miss depending on the server. Today's server, Justin, was on point, keeping our drinks filled, providing extra napkins, quickly bringing the bill. Food was tasty as usual.
Service is definitely better now. Things seem to be straightened out, servers know where there tables are, etc. If you have the pleasure of getting a table in Eddie's area, he is the man! He will get your order right every time, going only by memory.
Friday's as a whole does seem to rotate their menu every few months...not a complete overhaul, but some dishes may get replaced, some may just get tweaked, and so on. This hasn't proven too catastrophic although they have changed the Jack Daniel's burger which is the item my girlfriend regularly orders. She now has to "special order" it because she does not like the standard offering now.
Excellent $10 apps. Best promo yet. Place was packed. Service a little slower than what I would like, but enjoyed the company and had a great meal. 1.5 hours of relaxation, $45 bill with 4 drinks. $18 tip
Otherwise, like stated previously, this is your typical chain restaurant with decent food.
August 2017: I'm updating my original review from 2015 as there seems to have been some improvements over time at Annapolis TGI Friday's. In the past there were some issues with service confusion and noise levels in the dining area but it seems they've straightened things out here and the dining experience has been consistently good overall.
The noise levels are more acceptable...the overhead music is at a normal level and the only ambient noise comes from other diners.
Went to TGI Fridays haven't been there in quite some time. Decided to get the endless apps which were all very good and the food actually was pretty good too. Billy our server was really good and attentive to everything we needed and also had a sense of humor which means a lot to me so thank you I will definitely be back again
I dont know how the other servers act, but I always get Eddie, and I really like his energy and enthusiasm. Food id excellent here. Try the country chicken sandwich. Its all I come here for
