Food is good but waiting for service for 10 mins then having to wait another 30 to 40 for food
I did come here this past weekend and went inside...the place was mostly empty; only a few other people dining inside and 2 people ahead of us in line. It took a while for the cashier to get customers turned over...she would take their orders, get their drinks, then proceed to get the food for the customers AHEAD of them...then set them off to the side, and repeat. Very slow, inefficient process for a fast-food restaurant.
Old store format that's desperately in need of a renovation. Use the drive-through—they're quick and friendly.
Drove to this Wendy’s off 95. First was pissed because the signs didn’t say that it was 3 miles off of 95 which is t really the restaurants fault however having one person working is. I sat in a drive through line with about 4 cars ahead of me for about 15 minutes. I was able to drive to McDonald’s a half mile down the road order and get my food faster than the car that was in front of me at Wendy’s because I saw it on the road behind me back to 95. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It wasn’t even that late, it was 11 o’clock?
The drive-thru service here is reasonable. I've never had a terribly long wait between placing my order at the speaker and driving off with my food in hand.
